For the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, please note that opened and used items cannot be returned, except in cases where they are found to be defective.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items to us. Upon receipt and approval of the return, we will promptly arrange for the shipping of replacement items or issue a refund for the returned product. Please bear in mind that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Should you receive incorrect items in your order, we will gladly provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to expedite the return process.
